IT’S A DATE BREAD PUDDING

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

  1. In a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange zest, honey and vanilla. Stir in chopped dates.

  1. Spray a 13 X 9 inch oval or rectangle pan with non stick cooking spray.

  1. Layer the cubed baguette bread in pan then pour wet mixture over bread evenly.

  1. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.

    Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
